It really hurt the downtown economy this year. Not near as many patrons at any one event compared to the joint event turn outs.

I liked having the art festival with the balloon festival because that way if the wind wasn't working out with the balloons there was still something to do. Also you can only be out at the airport for so long, so spend your time at the art festival and then head over to see the balloons. Put it back
