This child needs his family around him more than ever. Please reunite them as his time may be limited. I wish them well.

Cannot believe the unimaginable cruelty this family is enduring due to ill informed and over zealous police and arrogance of the Hospital Staff. If anyone has ever had a seriously ill child, the parents end up knowing as much as the Drs do treating them. These parents are intelligent people who know how to look after their little boy. I am ashamed to be British if this is how we treat our citizens. Someone with authority please man up and sort this out asap!

I am appalled by the state's actions in this case. Is there no room for common sense and empathy?

Well over the top treatment by the police of these parents. They need help and support at a time like this, not a prison cell.

Just for one minute put yourself in this family's shoes .Do they not have enough hardship without this in humane treatment?

The treatment of this family is shocking. We must put pressure on the Uk government to step in and release the parents and let them carry on looking after their child. They are obviously a loving family and it is shameful that they are being treated this way.

Like the vastt majority of UK citizens I find the actions taken by Local Authoroties and Police have severely prejudiced the KING family. AYSHA should be re united with his parents immediately so that this wrong is righted. GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES to the KING family in their quest to obtain the correct treatment for Aysha.

Poor little boy. The doctors involved in threatening an emergency care order should face diciplinary action. I have witnessed many times their sublime arrogance and ignorance of available treatments for all kinds of conditions. They went far too far this time and were allowed to make manifest their spite due to the age of the boy.

Scandalous - murderers, rapists and terrorists are better treated than this

How awful for those poor parents who only had their child's welfare and health at heart. He must be bewildered, fortunately one of his brothers has been able to visit. Pity the doctors, social workers, etc. who let Baby Pi and other abused babies and toddlers slip through their fingers with fatal results weren't so vigilant. All this family wanted was for their little one to be given a chance of life, however slight. I imagine they were beside themselves, apparently they were hoping to raise money in Spain to pay for the treatment by selling assets there. One good thing as there is such a strong British ex-pat community there will be English speaking medical teams to care for him, although that cannot possibly cope with his separation from his loving parents and their anguish at being separated from him when he is in such poor health.....my heart goes out to the whole family.

This little boy has been left in a foreign hospital with no parents and unable to speak to ayone or understand them. I wish the people who arrogantly did this could be prosecuted for cruelty to a child

Further evidence of the NHS dictatorship,arrogant..conceited and cold hearted,Cameron needs to step in and put an end to this witch-hunt.
