I am middle aged and had great difficulty discharging myself from hospital after treatment for brain cancer. Hospitals need to listen!

This is an appaling decision to arrest and detain the parents of Aysha King. Clearly all they want is what is best for their dying son. Its about time that the state and police stop choosing soft targets to get results. David Cameron should be embarrassed both as a parent and a politician that he's allowed this to get this far.

This child's condition may deteriorate day by day. Every moment with his parents is precious. Step in, let them be with their child, put parents under guard if need be, get the child to the free treatment, this is outrageous to separate parent and child at this time.

Where is the EU Court of Human Rights? This little boy needs to be with his family immediately for humanitarian reasons. Do the right thing and allow this to happen.

It is appalling that Aysha's parents are being criminalised for seeking treatment for him. His family clearly want what is best for him, putting them in jail serves no positive purpose.

Two parents have exercised their right to pursue the best medical treatment for their son. The actions of the NHS in conjunction with the police to criminalise these actions has no merit and shows complete disdain for the whole family's feelings not least those of the young child who must be so fearful and needing all h is family around him. This is a sad travesty a number of statutory services who have completely lost sight of their purpose and the needs of this young boy and his family.

These parents have committed no crime and yet terrorist legislation has been used to issue an arrest warrant. I believe this couple should take legal action against the hospital, the police and the cps.
