Free these parents NOW! I was at a loss as to what they would be charged with. Yes a European Arrest Warrant only needs a judge from the country seeking it to say there's the potential of an offence here but to scrape the barrel with child cruelty! Are they joking? Who on earth are they trying to kid? The facts are, it was not illegal for them to take the child from the hospital without consent. there was no court order to stop them. If the UK Government wants to prevent this from happening in the future then they must make legislation to ensure that but at the point in time that the parents took their boy, it was not illegal. They know that and so they have scraped the barrel with child cruelty. How dare they and what now? That little boy is on his own in a foreign hospital and his parents are being held in prison for loving him enough to want the best treatment for him. I am incensed and I hope the family can be reunited very soon. He must be very frightened.

It's disgusting that not only the parent are being treated how they are for only trying to do what any patent would do in their awful position but poor little Aysha is left unable to see them or his siblings when having lost the familiarities of being in the uk due to his family having hope he must be feeling very scared and isolated instead having a police guard. It's absolutely dispucible.

I think the Hospital & police force behaved in an exceptionally Callous manner. Can't believe those parents were treated like criminals .... they are just disparate loving parents who are trying to find the best treatment for their little boy. Instead of hounding them they should be looking for real criminals ... peadophiles, druggies, Alkies and the won't works who abuse and neglect their Children .... I haven't been able to believe what these poor parents have been put thru ... in court, jailed .... it beggars belief !!

It is unbelievable his parents are separated from this little boy when he needs them most.These doctors have obviously neve been in this situation where you never give up hope of finding a cure. Miracles do happen, God forbid if anything happens to him while they are in prison release them now or you will have guilt on your hands forever if you even care.d

As much as Aysha needs treatment, he NEEDs his family. To arrest his parents and hold them is disgusting. The treatment of his parents is diabolical and we should be so far beyond this unethical treatment. It breaks my heart god forbid anything happens to this child without his parents present, do we really live in a world where caring for your child and wanting the best medical care is a crime?? Because that is all they have done, cared for him and wanted the best possible outcome for their child as ANY parent would!!
