the only neglect here is that poor little boy without his parents at his side when he needs them most.It disgusting how this family are being treated.All they want is the best treatment for there son same as any loving parent would.

how is it not cruel to leave a very sick child in a foreign hospital alone but classed as cruel to the point of arrest that the parents sort treatment that could make his quality of life better?? and the poor siblings left to fend for themselves in spain they must be worried sick! reunite the parents and sick child now.deal with the politics and 'crueltu' charge if you need to later and in a different way #donatetochildcancerreasearch

Aysha needs his mum and dad more than anything else. He must be lonely, frightened and confused, which no child should have to go through at any time especially when so unwell. It's inhumane to allow this to continue.

Please do all possible to re-untie him with his parents. I have a five year old son and could not bear the thought of him being on his own in the hospital. Please could a member of his family setup a donation page as I'm sure so many people like myself would be more than happy to donate to try and raise the money for his treatment.
