Today the 8th of june 2016 the childrens court awarded full parental rights of tamika cindy rose amson to the minister until she is 18 we believe that this case was based on lies from the department of community services kempsey office and based on no actual facts only her parents past mistakes we understand that all people have made mistakes in the past but isnt the idea to learn from those mistakes and better yourself Nicole and aaron were never given that chance and have lost the right to bring tamika cindy rose amson up the way they want to and to the best of there ability
we the undersighned believe that there was no actual pyshical harm or evidence to this little girl and are pleading with you minister to personally look into this case amd see that the kempsey office have over stept there position and removed this little girl from these parents who would do anything to protect her and should be returned to them immidiatly and the kempsey office be investigated
Brad hazzard please help this family as isnt it family and childrens main piority to keep families together not tear them apart

Both parents have shown love, dedication and unity in their bid to not only access time with their beautiful daughter but their plea to be granted the opportunity to raise her. I always believed or understood that the Departments role was to encourage and enhance families together not to encouage iscolation and segregation. I for one would have thought issues would have been identified and appropriate family supports would have been put into place to assist Nicole and Aaron in parenting their own daughter.
Bring Tamika back with her parents,be fair and give them the chance they deserve....
Return what is not theirs but ours. Help bring Tamika home to her mum and dad
Only people who don't look after their children or are convicted of abusing or mistreating them should loose them, never otherwise.
Tamika should be return to her parents and given them a fare go to bring her up
