I think there should be a different way of doing this. But taking away smart lunch will just cause alot of downfall in grades & alot of people like me use smart lunch to do work i wont have time to do because i do sports & Etc..

Smart lunch use to be a time to get help in a class that you needed. Some students take advantage of that, taking smart lunch away is hurting the kids that actually want to try!

As a parent, I cannot understand how you can punish the students who are not the problem. The students causing the problems should be the ones punished. Smart lunch is used by many students to maintain and achieve a high grade in a class. Not to mention a time to meet in clubs. A student cannot attend pride time with the goal of receiving an A in a class, since this time is set aside for those below an 80 in a class & most teachers won't allow other students to go since they want to focus on the ones who need a lot of extra help. That says to me that you don't care about the high achievers and only care about the ones causing trouble. It makes zero sense to me to ignore all the students who are doing the right things and following the rules, but instead to put all the focus on the ones causing problems.

If I don't go off for lunch I only go to a classroom to work on school work. I'm a senior in high school and I've only spent one semester in the cafeteria and that was freshmen year. Ever since then I've only used smartlunch to my advantage and with you taking this away is basically screwing me over. So thanks.
