This happened tonus in Texas as well. It is so sickening!

I can’t say much except that the new news is the appellate court denied our appeal which translates to denying all of our evidence as well.

Emily and Will are extremely loving parents and their children are their world. They did absolutely nothing to deserve the removal of their children. I have known Emily all her life and Will since their marriage. It is a horrible tragedy to keep the children separated from their parents.

We too have been persecuted by our corrupt system In Northampton Pennsylvania.. our 5 kids were stolen by cys Northampton County PA. And nowhere can we find help we have tried everything only to be swindled out of 10grand plus now broke and possibly soon to be destitute we have nowhere to turn and nobody to help us seems nobody cares until it happens to them ... don't think it can think again. 21week they illegally interviewed our 5 kids and not once did they state we ever harmed them there is so many wrongs In our case so many rights violated and disregard for procedures.. there is no way of winning just when u think you have it they change their rules... we need help also along so many others

Even my step dad testified that the kids lie all the time. And the judge still ignored it. The judge also ignore that the maternal grandmother testified that she disobeyed a court order when it came to her custody battle with my biological father.

My cousin William and his wife Emily are good parents and should have never had the kids taken! There daughter Gwen had always had a bad habit of making up stories and this time it got out of hand because Emily's abusive, controle freak of a mother (Cynthia) got involved! William is an honest hard working father who would NEVER hurt ANY of his kids and the fact that his rights have been stripped is completely asinine! This motion should be overturned and William and Emily should have there kids home with them!!!!

I have contacted every legislator, senator, rep, etc and have had door after door closed in my face. I have developed PTSD from this upheaval and now have been recommended to have a service animal, which I have Shes just not licensed yet. Once again, mother to mother, parent to parent, there is no way on God’s green earth that I can live without my children. Without them, what purpose do I have? Without them, I don’t even know who I am anymore.

I know for a fact that they love their children and would never hurt them.

After almost four years of persecution on our family simply because we are disabled veterans, our family is seeing breakthrough! Thousands of children and parents have been attacked by the state they reside in because CPS makes money for the government! Return our children Texas!

I am familiar with this family. The grand mother has always mistreated the mother of the children. When we were young the mother of the children was treated very poorly compared to her half siblings. I am not the lest surprised that that she is still trying to hurt Emily through her children. Please sign this every one!!!

I created this petition to create awareness of the abusive system taking children away from good loving families and treating the parents like second rate garbage. Please sign and pass it on so we may be able to get our children back, get them the help that they desperately need and give them the love they deserve.

Please help us get our children back. We are nothing without them and they are defenseless without us. All of our evidence has been denied to include videos and recordings. If nothing else, we need a bulldog attorney who will fight for us pro bono.
