Jessica Gregory had sole physical custody of children Jadyn Gregory and Jenasis Gregory. When the children’s father, Brian Gregory, threatened the life and safety of Jessica and the children she immediately sprung into action by following her safety plan and made plans to move with the children to her home town to be with supportive family in a safe environment. Upon Brian’s realization that he was losing control over Jessica, he filed fraudulent claims against Jessica. Jessica’s life was turned upside down because his lies had the children removed from her custody. Jessica has proven his allegations to be false, and she desperately asks for your support to help her get her children returned to her sole physical custody as before. There is a very lengthy history of domestic violence where Brian is the perpetrator and this was yet another attempt to hurt Jessica in the worst psychological and emotional experience way, taking the children and preventing her from seeing them, talking to them and experiencing the joys that bring a mother have brought to her and the children. Sign this petition to encourage the Sacramento County family law judge to return Jessica’s children to her.

Reaching this level of visibility feels heavy because it confirms how many of you recognize the injustice Jessica is enduring. I am physically and emotionally exhausted by this fight but seeing this many people recognize her struggle gives me the resolve to keep going.

I’ve known Jessica for several years and her interact with her kiddos. I do not know of any reason why she should not have her children. She was always attentive and loving to her two girls. I also worked with Jessica and she was always professional and pleasant to work with.
Jessica has been an amazing mom to her girls. She has worked to overcome past abuse and trauma to provide her kids with the best possible home and environment a mom can.
There are a lot of people who are excellent at lying and manipulating people and making people believe their untrue accusations. In most cases it's the children who suffer the most during that time until it is finally proven that the lies were actually just that...lies. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes as parents but i have seen hwo Jessica has been fighting for her children for a very long time now and is doing what has been asked of her and much more. I am truly hoping that the lawyer and the court will soon see what kind if damage her ex is causing her and most of all even his own children with his actions of abuse. I will keep my fingers crossed that the children will be returned to Jesaica asap so they can finally start their healing process and live a happy life!
I've known Jessica for almost 15 years and I know moving back home was a hard decision to make but she wants a better life for her and her kids. She is a wonderful mom and she just wants her kids to be safe and happy. It's easy to make allegations and threaten, but i hope the court will recognize that Jessica is the parent that deserves to raise these girls because her heart is full of love and would never place her girls in harm's way.
