Jessica Gregory had sole physical custody of children Jadyn Gregory and Jenasis Gregory. When the children’s father, Brian Gregory, threatened the life and safety of Jessica and the children she immediately sprung into action by following her safety plan and made plans to move with the children to her home town to be with supportive family in a safe environment. Upon Brian’s realization that he was losing control over Jessica, he filed fraudulent claims against Jessica. Jessica’s life was turned upside down because his lies had the children removed from her custody. Jessica has proven his allegations to be false, and she desperately asks for your support to help her get her children returned to her sole physical custody as before. There is a very lengthy history of domestic violence where Brian is the perpetrator and this was yet another attempt to hurt Jessica in the worst psychological and emotional experience way, taking the children and preventing her from seeing them, talking to them and experiencing the joys that bring a mother have brought to her and the children.
