You got to be kidding me. If this is a joke it's a damn good one, if it's not then I'm damn well mad as hell. How could we let them get away with this BS, before you know it if my dog does not respond in French he will be deported to China. Sick people.

so basically, some person took a dump and the OLF came out. They have no right to send an innocent parrot somewhere else just because it spoke ENGLISH. Quite frankly, they don't know what they're doing.

First Pastagate, now this?!? The OLF are embrassing themselves....if the animals are speaking English, then it's a "sign" - pardon the pun. Get a life, OLF, and do something constructive for a change. You are no more than a bunch of bullies...end of story!

My family and I visit the Biodome every single year, sometimes twice. We love the tropical exhibit and the aquariun. No more!!!! If this is not corrected then as far as I'm concerned this is the final straw, I will no longer patronize any establishment in the province of Quebec.

I don't see how 'human' rules must apply to animals. It's not like they can tell they are speaking one language versus another, they are just repeating what they are hearing.

Complètement ridicule, un perroquet comparativement à un humain apprend comme il le veux, certains ne parlent même pas..

Would you deport someone who spoke only anglophone? I highly doubt it. It is disgusting to hear that my city would even allow something like this to happen.

This is ridiculous! The government is going to far with this now. Its a parrot. People come to Canada because it's a country of freedom and now we can't even have a bird say cracker. What have we become. I have always thought the people aren't me to not discriminate because of race or religion but now the government our basically discriminating against anglophones. Canada is no longer a free country if this continues.

Although I am improving my francais as i work on it. Currently - I am sure that Bouton would be able to learn as well. They are very bright animals. Give the beautiful bird a chance to grow in its knowledge of French as I am now doing. It is difficult, but quite possible. D.N.R. Shaw

This is so ridiculous!!! It's a bird!! Even birds aren't protected from the Language police!!! Could be devastating for the bird if shipped away. Huge change in environment! It's disgusting! Very shameful. Quebec is a big bully!
