Hell.. if there was a french talking Parrot living in the united states it would be seen as something even more special because it spoke french where everyone spoke English. They wouldn't ship it off to somewhere else..

This is not right. We are taking this language thing to far....Are u serious it's a Parrot....let me mention that montreal has probably more people speaking English than french which Quebec is in Canada and all the other provinces are English so how bout all the French Quebecois start learning English as u need it for the rest of Canada.... this is really gone too far. The lady sending a bird because it didn't say "craquelins" are you for real lady not even the French people I went to school with ever used craquelins ....crackers all the way!!!! Keep this parrot in montreal and please change the spelling of its name to buttons rather than Bouton. ...

This example is one of the reasons why I left the province. When you meet one of these nightmarish bureaucrats it make Nightmare on Elm Street a walk in the park.

Deport the trainers, not the Macaw. (Tongue in cheek, but I think it addresses the true issue: this Macaw did not learn English by itself!) Let it stay where it is loved and cared for.
