We are a b i l i n g u a l country and a b i l i n g u a l province. That bird is a beautiful tourist attraction and should stay in Montreal. As a Quebec citizen I’d like to say that I LOVE this bird and would love for him to stay. “Learning too much English” is a stupid reason to have him leave.
