Casey Anthony was aquitted of First Degree murder, Aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child. We feel that there was sufficient evidence that would have convicted casey of First Degree Murder. We do not think that the jury that was selected did an adequate job in weighing the evidence as assinged by the court. We think that she should be tried again due to inadequate jurors. If a defendant is found guilty they are able to appeal and go to court again, but why is it not the same for the prosecution. We think that it should be taken into consideration that the jury may not have done their jobs correctly due to all of the evidence presented to them. Because defendants are able to try their case again based on a guilty verdict the prosecution should be able to do the same. Let's be the voice of Caylee and maybe we can get this law changed due to people like Casey Anthony who are guilty and get away with murder.
