We were not made aware of the intent to put a playground in the open space by the mailbox prior to choosing this community for our homes. I'm sure most of us would have made an informed decision prior to purchasing our homes at the Retreat if we saw the "future playground" on the master plan! This community is "not broke, please don't try to fix it with a playground"!!! Thanks,LT

We do not want a playground to be built at the end of Umberland or anywhere in the Retreat. We would prefer to have a park with trees and benches or to leave the lot empty. We use it for neighborhood events.

I vote no to a tot lot in The Retreat. The large majority of us in here do not want it. It will bring in unwanted traffic and there is no where to park. We have plenty of playgrounds already within the community so this would be a complete waste of money. Aesthetically not pleasing for those that will have to stare at it in their front yards everyday.
