We at WMU are a team - we each play a role and staff are often behind the scenes keeping things humming. Many have put their heart and soul into this institution and now they deserve the dignity of an offer of retirement incentives as much as faculty do.

WMU support staff have been essential in facilitating the work and success of faculty, students and administrators. Even during times of crisis it is essential that we maintain equity and behave humanely. Offering a retirement incentive for professional support staff is a step in that direction. Yvette D.
