Contrast this with any other public servant who has to serve AT LEAST 20 yrs and then Hope he qualifies for a full retirement which will probably be only 1/3 of the pay he got while he was working full time. Or even our Military Men and Women, Who are Required by law (the same laws that are created by our Government that have been so generous to themselves) to serve 20 years and hope they live through War (that the aforementioned offenders decide upon) broken bodies and punishment without adequate funding and an occasional threat of doing it all for free because someone (Ahem) cant balance the federal budget, but somehow find a way to make sure they get paid regardless.
