Since Marcus Mariota has done so much for the University Duck's and exemplifies the meaning behind winning the Heisman, I think his number 8 should be retired. NO one could ever measure up to what #8 means. Marcus has demonstrated spectacular skill coupled with unrivaled sportsmanship and character.
