I consider myself blessed to have met Marcus and talked with him many times. He is a truely an amazing person who has touched so many lives on and off the field during his time at Oregon and has become the Most loved and decorated player in Oregon History. There is no question, #8 should be retired! #MahaloMarcus

I have never been a sports fan. My husband and 8 year old son are die hard duck fans! This season, I made an effort to participate in their enthusiasm, in part to connect with my son on an activity he loves. After following Mariota this year, I am a fan! It is such a nice feeling to know that my son is looking up to a young man that is worthy of it. So many sports figures make poor decisions and have horrible attitudes. I look forward to what Mariota will contribute to the pro's. New fan at 42!
