marcus was the best player we have ever seen bless us football fans in Eugene... Even usc has retired all there Heisman winners jersey numbers, except bush. I only think this is the right thing to do

I believe that when a young man like MARIOTA leaves a college with the outstanding records he has set the number should be retired! Just my opinion
