Lighting is the fundamental difference for anyone with low vision between being enabled to see and blinded!!!! Please stop blinding people!!!!

altough i do not have the condition ive seen what it does to my friend,. they should not have to fight for any benefits etc....this is the 21st century

I have rp and night blindness...We need appropriate lighting to help us live as normal a life as possible. .We also need lights outside...street lights that u might have a chance to see something by !!!
