There is already more traffic at points of the day than these roads can handle, roads would need to be expanded before this development could be responsibly built.

I really wish that I understood the argument for high density development from all of the stakeholders perspectives. It seems that the most important is the long term health of the community. Without understanding the motivations it is difficult to overcome my business sense that it is better to have fewer people who use fewer resources that also generate more revenues. What is the argument for less revenues that require more resources?

We need planned growth not fast and furious growth. Town resources, schools, and traffic all need to be addressed before the problems get worse.

We already don't have enough schools for kids who live here! Build a couple schools first before bringing in more housing and development.

The current Rhamkatte approach seems to be side stepping the process that ensures compliance with the vision, codes, requirements, etc. that the town has already established.
