There is no avoiding the impact of drugs when others use them and they are in the air citizens breathe. Legalizing was not an intellectual decision and did not favor citizens of Canada or tax dollars (health and mental health and safety services).
When it was illegal they could not smoke it openly.

Marijuana legalization of illegal marijuana has been causing a lot of serious health problems and harm to other people who don’t smoke illegal marijuana at all themselves and illegal marijuana has also been linked to many deaths and other serious health problems on purpose.

The legalization of marijuana has made my home unlivable and my backyard useless. The overwhelming and noxious stink of the plants in my neighbors yard has made it impossible for me to open my windows and enjoy clean, fresh air. I no longer use my pool or back yard deck for the same reason. This is something that wasn't considered when the legalization came in and I can't imagine that many, many Canadians feel the same way. The smell of this plant is worse than cigarette smoke and has made my life miserable.

I have a very severe allergy to tje smoke from pot even though its ,second-hand my face swells and my throat closes this drug should definatly be illegal

It's a plant. Are you advocating for extinction? Let consenting adults do what they want. Kids shouldn't imbibe. Explain it to them. If you need money for that, write that petition. People hate the smell? I hate the smell of gasoline, diesel, and most perfume. So what? Is the world supposed to smell a certain way for you?

I feel the legalization of marijuana is not a very smart choice it is just making it ok for the teens and young adults to smoke marijuana it has just been giving them the ok to smoke and half of them don't even think they have to keep a job very stupid idea

Making marijuana legal was the most outragues act of the government against Canadians. Since the legalization, this horrible smell is everywhere. You ban smoking and vape smoking but legalize more dangerous addiction. Marijuana is harmful drug (yes, it is a drug) and is more addictive than smoking and vape smoking. Children and adults are negatively effected by it. The accidents involving marijuana drivers are increasing. Either you stop this or you should allow other smoking devises from the ban. It is a pure discrimination.

Get the research! There are too many people in Canada becoming dependent on MJ - my daughter included. She is a very smart and beautiful young lady with many talents. However, now she's so dependent on Mj, she has no drive or desire to do anything. Legalizing Mj in Canada had little affect on controlling the black market. If anything, it has caused more problems, especially with addiction. Trudeau should be ashamed of himself for making it illegal. It should be made illegal.

I find this completely unacceptable that users are allowed to smoke pot in public. A lot of people do NOT want to be smelling pot with their kids same as I don’t. It is also our right to have access to fresh air!

My family and I are exposed to second hand smoking every day due to cannabis consumers walking by our house 2-3 times daily and due to right next neighbors. Smoke doesn't stop at the fence! My kids love spending time outside but being forced to come in due to the disgusting smell that gives us a headache. What about our rights and the protection of my children and their health?
