The absolute disregard of the needs to residents here is beyond senseless

There is hardly any parking in Douglas due to the Disc Zones, and lack of car-parks. Where will residents park instead?!

Fully support this - homeowners and businesses in the area affected, should be simple to sort! Amazingly, much larger apartment blocks who have underground parking also have on-street parking! How was that worked out? Needs reviewing!

Ridiculous situation, where are people supposed to park ?
There are flats in most of those properties.

As a disabled person I rarely go to Douglas due to lack of disabled spaces and the abuse if them. I won't recommend disabled people to live here, it was once a great place, this ridiculous lack of parking confirms that fact

I think it’s ridiculous that the parking is being removed from this area. No alternative arrangements have been put in place for residents and businesses and they were not even notified directly of the proposed plans.

Planning notices were never placed North of Broadway and those 'directly affected' were not advised of these plans.
To remove this amount of parking and not give any provision for residents, local businesses (restaurants, children's nursery, shop, B&B, in this area and on Broadway) deliveries & collections is ridiculous.
