There are repercussions for not doing your job. You can't just decide not to show up for assigned duties, call in after every game, & not do what your boss tells you to do. Those things have consequences for ANY employees. Coaches shouldn't be above the expectations of every other employee in the district.

It would be a real shame if Diana refuses to keep a good coach and person. Wouldn’t be the first time they ran good people out. Colton don’t let it hold you down. There are better opportunities ahead for you!

Jason Pitts' track record as a defensive coordinator (has never been an offensive coordinator best I can tell) ; Jacksonville Co-DC 1 year- 40 points per game against. Callisburg 2 years DC- 35.5 ppg against. 6-24 overall record as a defensive coordinator. Diana HC- 31 ppg against, 14 ppg scored. 2-8 record. 8-32 record overall in coaching positions that actually impact games. Thats only a 20% win rate. We gave this guy complete control that has proven nothing, wins only 2 games here and then has the audacity to demote our winning, home grown basketball coach for standing up for his kids and his program. Colton Wager is the type of person we need in Diana. Show up to the board meeting and give him the support he deserves.

The problem with Diana is too many people have their own agenda and don't do the right thing. They're scared of offending someone. Too many people bow down. Colton held his ground and stood up for what is right even though it cost him his job that he loves. We could all learn a lesson from this man. This whole situation is ridiculous. This community is not the same place where I grew up. Poor decision after poor decision. We need to speak up and turn this thing around now. Get rid of the problems and keep the people who care. It seems we are doing just the opposite. Do whats right, stand up for Colton and your community Diana! If the board can't hire or retain the right people, let's elect new members who can. Enough is enough.

Bottom line is Pitts needs to go. He only cares about the football team and he doesn't have a clue what he's doing there. 2 wins both against bad teams and one was a 2A school. Now he's trying to remove a good coach/mentor that grew up in our town. Wake up Diana! This guy is arrogant and needs to go! Stand up for our town and for Colton! Keep Colton and let's get rid of the Pitts cancer before it spreads!!!
