Chicago Irish Culture and Sports (CICS) is an organization promoting youth and adult sports in Chicago through the Irish tradition. CICS seeks to grow the availability of sporting opportunity for children and young adults on Chicago's northwest side.

Creating a “home” field is key to further expanding sporting opportunities and and promoting health and fitness in the community. We seek to purchase land from the Sisters of the Resurrection to develop a home field that will allow us to further develop existing youth and adult sports programs and participation.

Developing a field from the Irish sports tradition has much to offer the Chicago community as a whole. Good community partners providing health and fitness focused resources for children and adults alike - we feel that we fit the Resurrection model for community involvement and resources.

Help us by showing your support to the Sisters of the Resurrection that this is a community supported endeavor, particularly by those who are current and past alumnus students and staff of Resurrection High School, hospital and retirement community.
