The 400 block Superior Street to 600 block Superior Street in Victoria, BC, Canada has not been repaved/resurfaced in many, many years. This corridor is a heavily used roadway which is in a state of bad repair with pot holes, uneven pavement and general rough surface. The City of Victoria claims it is not in their budget to resurface this roadway any time soon unless they receive several complaints regarding this stretch of roadway.
