Horry County undoubtedly has the most out of touch, head-in-the ass people in charge of our children and their education, than any where else in this state!!! They need to think outside the box.. No one told these (people) to change their private parts so they should have to go to the bath room of their (BORN) gender, no matter what or who they try to be now... the first time my granddaughter came home and told me someone with it hanging, showed it to her, that would be a dead man walking... just saying!!!

This is crazy im a parent of two children at st.james high and middle school why cant you build them a bathroom ? This is really going to cause a lot of problems . Are we as parents going to have to sue the school district when someone gets raped molested or even worse?

This is ridiculous! You've taken the right away of so many! Am ashamed to have children in this school district and will be pulling them because of this!

Leave bathroom situation as its suppose to be! Changing clothes, hairstyle or even wearing makeup doesn't change who you are!!

I don't believe that God makes mistakes. Transgenders should not be allowed to use the opposite sex restroom of what they were born as.

I wouldn't feel safe knowing that this could affect my children one day even now being in highschool and I fear America is losing its morals.

J believe a single occupant facility would be the best solution otherwise bathrooms should be used according to their birth gender.

Allow them to use single stall gender neutral restrooms

Stop the adoption policy. Leave things alone. We did not just get transgender people. Why break a system that is not broken.

The student creating this firestorm had options, but chose to be inconvenienced by the options.

Regardless of the religious and moral aspects of this, I believe there are tremendous safety concerns to be addressed. Perhaps a single restroom would be the answer

My children are 5 & 6. They are supposed to be in good hands in school. This puts the fear in me as well as the well being of my child!
