In 2009 60% of fatal accidents were caused by seniors 70 and older. I don't think that all older people are bad drivers, I just think that all states should make some restrictions. The state of California allows any one- family members, doctors, police and others to request that a person have a drivers test. There would have to been a good reason for the request, but I think if questionable driving was observed. I hope to push this to a legislator, and see some results.
