This is the most obvious way to ensure we a giving our kids the training and tps to ride safely in the bush. Just getting their L plates for a bike won't provide them with the safety tips they can learn riding with an experienced rider from a young age.

I think this is a fantastic idea, as long as restricted riders are riding with a fully licensed adult I don't see a problem. Would be wonderful for kids to be able to get out to the bush and experience great riding with their families

i agree it's so hard to find a spot to take my kids they don't like the track and prob not ready for a packed track and a nice lil spot in the bush would b perfect for my kids but to expensive if the police show up they have all the right gear from head to toe but no ticket

This affected me growing up never learnt how to navigate the bush until i was 18. This needs to happen

I think it's wrong how you can have your full licence in the water when your 16 and take anyone anywhere. On dirt bike you have to be 18 while you parents can't take you or have time cause your under 18 while your in a big group

Please make this happen, my son needs to learn riding skills and there is nowhere to go. We need areas where we can responsibly teach our kids to ride in the bush
