Making a recreation license for people younger than 18 will save the police a lot of time. People are going to ride there regardless. People will also feel less inclined to run from the police so there won't be any crashes from running.

cant believe we are still asking for this to go through. Riding with a linsence riding is a must and I'm ok to pay rec reg for my kids.
My son at 12 got a boat license and was down shooting a gun at the riffle range, all under supervision.

How better to learn than being out with people who love them.

They should be able to ride with a fully licensed riders, so as they can learn all aspects of riding, also what you can and can't do in tge bush.

Great idea, however they must NOT be allowed onto public roads of any type. This could become a serious insurance issue in the event of an accident, and I doubt any insurance companies would insure children that young.

Would be great to be able to take the kids out to the local state forest for a ride with rec reg and teach them the right way to go about riding and steering kids away from riding on local city suburban streets and parks.
