The Illegal immigrant population has been a significant problem inside of the United states for too long. Something needs to be done about the approx. 10.7 million Illegal Immigrants in the United States of America currently fighting against legals and true citizens for jobs using unfair business practices.

In this petition whole, is the language regarding the increased legal rammifications and restrictions to be placed on any declared business' (public, or private) use of an employable workforce. As well as the actions required of state labor departments to prevent these further actions:

  • A fine of ~$100,000+ will be imposed on any business or person found to be harboring, and employing a member of the illegal immigrant population of the United States of America.
  • These fines shall be in part used in the deportation process (room, holding period, concessions, air/boat/land transportation expenses) of said individual(s). Any value outside of that exhausted by aforementioned process will be taken as the approx. tax value, and treated as tax revenue, lost by the negligent behavior of all parties involved.
  • A corporate entity, upon their offense of this, shall recieve order under law to proclaim all persons under their employment in it's fullest and under any capacity (See I-9 Eligibility forms). If this entity should be found to willfully obscure, hide, or submit falsified information after this lawful request; They shall cease to exist as a corporate entity, being completely disbanded. Under investigation any individuals to be knowledgable of these unlawful actions shall be arrested, and further fined or imprisoned under the laws governing the employment and harboring of illegal aliens.

On the topic of Labor and Industries Departments:

  • It is to be noted that all Labor and Industries departments shall be required to staff the personnel, whose capacity shall be to regularly investigate and regulate the working bodies in high suspect regions and occupations. Particularly agriculture that hires many bodies for seasonal work. These individuals shall be lawfully allowed to acquire all documentation in regards to personnel working under said individuals and be allowed access to any and all properties owned and operated for the purposes of business, regardless of the privacy concerns of the entity being inquired upon.
  • upon reasonable suspicion from the investigation by these individuals, or at the refusal to access of grounds, a court filing is to be made and heard by a supreme justice of the state. When a verdict has been reached by these most honorable justices, a search warrant for any illegal individuals shall be issued. This shall be used at the descretion of the affiliated police department and shall be carried out with an officer of the business being notified and held liable under U.S. Code Title 18 § 1510.

On the topic of search procedures:

  • All Personnel found to be employed on the grounds at the time of the search shall be required to submit their identification for verification by police. All individuals with knowledge or possession of their SSN (social security number) shall be requested to write this information down to accelerate the investigation and further prove innocence.
  • These searching procedures are ordained by the supreme court of the affiliated state and are associated to all persons present during. If any persons are found leaving the premises in knowing that a search is being conducted, and have not been cleared by the police involved, their actions shall be declared evasion.
