If there was ever a time that we needed Mass and the Eucharist it is now. Jesus tells us in John 15:4-5, "Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." To receive the Eucharist is to receive Jesus. Without it we are not receiving what Jesus had intended to give us through it. Love, mercy, strength, relationship, hope, and grace are some of what Jesus offers us in the Eucharist and I believe at this time we need these things the most. Jesus knew we would have difficult times in our life as we are facing now, but he calls us to have faith and trust in him in the midst of it. I ask myself what would Jesus do in the midst of this crisis? I honestly don't believe it would be closing the door to our churches and taking away the Mass. Where there is a will there is a way!! There is a way to have Mass and I pray that all our Bishops will find that way!!

Thank God that someone started this petition! I can't begin to imagine a Holy Week with no Masses!!! It's diabolical and must be restored!

Churches could have people sign up for Mass with a limit.

Without HIM, we are helpless.....so wrong of bishops to cancel public masses when 1820 babies die every day in USA and flu kills more than this virus, the numbers are rigged as exposed from Italy.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the most essential service during this time and at all times. It is more important to care for our souls than our body and the Divine Physician longs for us to make Him a priority.
