To consider closing the ORIGINAL Farmington library is absolutely outrageous! The Hills are no more important than the citizens of the City of Farmington! How dare Mr. Largent make these “cost reducing” moves when this money has already been guaranteed by the voters! DO NOT CLOSE THE FARMINGTON LIBRARY!

If he is not only not doing his job but hindering the personnel that we taxpayers are paying for then he needs to go. There's more to running a library then keeping books like Gerf on the shelves.

My daughters (4 and 17 months old) rely on the Farmington Library, downtown location, for educational enrichment and socialization.

I support removing Mr. Largent immediately and replacing him with Jaclyn Miller who has given the library over 15 years of service.

It’s time to stop politicizing the library board and get back to the business of running our library for the people of Farmington and Farmington Hills. I’m so tired of all the pettiness. It just reminds me of what’s going on in DC.

I would like to discuss this petition and what are the next steps in removing Mr. Largent from the Board.

What has become of our beloved libraries is a travesty. The lack of competent leadership has led to the demise of a beautiful community public space. We need to dismiss Mr. Largent and hire someone who is familiar with and understands the managing of a not for profit library

Kick Largent to the curb. During this pandemic, people need their public library. Do the right thing and restore the FCL to the gem it once was!

As a former employee of the FCL, I am appalled at the disregard for the community that the board is showing by not making needed services available to citizens and subverting the mission of a nonprofit. Farmington and Farmington Hills deserve better. Shame on the board and on anyone who lets this continue.
