Sea pools are unique to the East Coast of Australia, they are major tourist attraction for both domestic and international visitors; we have a ‘duty of care’ to ensure future generations get to see and enjoy these ocean pools. They are extremely important part of our heritage and need to be preserved.

This would be a wonderful project for Councils and locals to take up. If left it will disappear. With the Community on the Whole Far Sth Coast being very environmentally aware for the most part, please take some action on this wonderful proposal, and legacy for the Community and Council. It would benefit many. The kids would benefit and even this old duck living a bit out of town as I love swimming in the ocean, but in calmer waters these days. Thanking you.

Would be great to have better access also for those who are not so able bodied. This is a wasted natural and beautiful pool

Surely with all the money government is handing out to big business, there would be enough in the kitty to restore a current asset and increase local tourism

Would also be great to have a stair down to the beach

I would like to take my young grandsons to the Aslings Rock Pool but with all that sand in it makes it difficult for the children to learn to swim.

I feel this is a worthy cause that will only increase tourism and revenue for Eden and surrounds. I have been coming to Eden since I was 8 years old with my own parents and now my own children have grown and love our trips to Eden too - every single year since then. I have no doubt that once my eldest gets her drivers licence, she will also follow in our footsteps. She's already planning a trip with her long time partner next year on their own...I am 50 next month and hope that this can be sorted for generations to come.
Please fund this!

You spend money on ridiculous refugee signs out front of every business but neglect the towns folk.

Wholeheartedly agree. I used to love that pool! A waste of a local and natural treasure.
