COMMUNITY ACTION NEEDED

Do you find more cars parked on your street and in front of your home now that parking is not allowed on Truesdale Drive?

Have you found it difficult to find parking and walk distances to your community activities at the Lutheran Church?

Do you have difficulty maneuvering through the tight spaces on either side of the new traffic median, especially when cars are parked there? Has your car or side-view mirror been hit when parked there?

Do you find your visibility blocked by the tall plants? (They could be better placed with traffic engineering advice).

Are you bothered that our Village seems to be unduly influenced by committee and not by conversations with us, the residents?

The stated function of the new islands was to slow traffic. IT HAS NOT SLOWED TRAFFIC as measured by the Police Dept.

Our taxpayer money was spent without our input. Whom does this serve?

SIMPLE FIX

1. A shortening of the island tail so parking on Truesdale can be restored

2. A review of the size and placement of plants for safety.

3. Maintain pedestrian crossings.
