Money talks...BS walks. Seems most developers circumvent Green Code which took eons to formulate. Would be great if everyone played by the same rules.

Large, sun blocking buildings do not foster the feeling of neighborhood.
We do not need more “ market rate” housing which pushes out the people who actually need housing. Gentrification crushes diversity and community.

The Green Code is the consensus of the neighborhood, established for projects like this. Zoning is there for a for the same reason – to not dramatically alter the character of a neighborhood. Follow the rules everyone's agreed on already.

This building does not fit in with the character of the neighborhood.Try tearing the hospital down and building single family homes in the style of this historic area.

The PUD, as it currently stands, will lead to significant deterioration residential quality of life on Bryant and surrounding residential streets via the introduction of large scale, big box retail. These additions will destroy the residential character of our neighborhood and decrease quality of life by introducing suburban strip mall lighting and signage. The PUD will
also have a deleterious effect on the small businesses character of the Elmwood village. We do not need another grocery store to compete with the two that are within blocks of the proposed development. We do not need or want ANY big box retail. What our neighborhood does need and want are projects that conform to the Green Code and that include some green space.

There has already been too many oversized buildings put in our neighborhood. I don't want the look or feel of living in Queens NY. If they really cared about our neighborhood they would take notice of what is there already. Beautiful older buildings, no more than 2-3 stories, with architectural cohesiveness.

Why would the city of Buffalo sell the Gallagher parking ramp to the developers?Parking has a constant stream of revenue.
