Release the rest of the first season. You already filmed it so just add it to your website or netflix that way those that want to watch it can.

Current doctoral student in Hebrew Bible studies (to show my credentials). While the show had some historical anachronisms, I thought it depicted the political situation of the Iron Age well. The violence condemned by various groups can be found in the very pages of the biblical text. They should have at least let the season play out. I was extremely interested to see the dynamic between Saul and David post Goliath battle.

I thought the show was entertaining. It was similar to Vikings which I love. I like historical dramas in general. Too bad it wasn't promoted.

How was it getting bad ratings? Was it too violent compared to their other shows? I dont even watch ABC and just by watching this show I was adding to their Demographics. I was waiting all week to see David kill Goliath. Samuel 1 and 2, in my opinion, is the best story of the Old Testament. If they don't bring back the show, at least make the complete series available on DVD.

Bring the show back! Had it been promoted as much as other shows people would have known about it. I found out about the show on hulu and then I found out it was cancelled. Totally unfair. Bring the show back!
