If I wanted to save $, I would go to 24 Hour Fitness. Should not have to tell management that 60% of the allowable flow in not acceptable. The member experience continues to decline.

Those new shower heads are ridiculous. I have to take a much longer shower now than I used to which defeats the purpose of the slow flow shower head’s water conservation purpose in the first place.

Not only is it the flow of the shower heads but also the inability to move the direction of the heads. The experience is different if you are 5'3" vs. 6'.

I understand the need to watch expenses. However, at $300/month, MAC is 10x 24 Hour Fitness. I expect a better member experience than that. There are better ways to save money. This is an opportunity for the management, committee and Board to show that they are listening to the members.

The MAC should provide three essential services: strong shower water pressure, hot water, and clean towels.
