I was Convicted in 1981 discharged 1985 got all of my civil rights restored wva doesn,t,seel your records stillcant grt a gun permit haven't been in truble sence non vilont crime all stases should grat you a second chance people in the government gets in truble it is covered up and there life goes on ours doesn,t we pay the rest of our life and cant grt good jobs
Restore non violent offenders gun rights it's God's law .
Convicted felons who have not been convicted of crime in ten years or more should have the right to hunt and protect themselves.
I feel if you served your time you pay back the debt you owed to the state paid in full
I am an ex- felon and desperately seeking gun rights. I am willing to pay whatever fee required to earn my gun rights restored.
I am understanding that the ATF will not restore gun rights to ex-felons. So which is true, this article or the ATF? ATF is still alleging that they don't have the funds to investigate petitioners. So if I went to a gun store and attempted to purchase a gun, and after a background check, will I be able to purchase the gun? Can someone answer this for me? Email me please at [email protected].
All states should be the same as far as firearms are concerned because it is a federal law that controls the constitution.

I have been trying to get my gun rights back. I have not been in any trouble since 2005 and I sent all my papers in. I have not been in any trouble since then and it was non violent then.
