DWP has left an unacceptable mess.
GrandView and the area around the old DWP water tower was destroyed due to heavy equipment from outrageous construction that the city cold not control. Site is now a trashed from party people who come at all hours of the day and night.
DWP please be responsible

We need to protect our hillside. we do our best as a community. but the city must do it's party. but we are also very grateful for the repair work done.
Please do some landscaping in the area .
