Sardar Ajmer Singh Randhawa, the voice of Sikh nation, has been totally silenced by the Hindu regime of India as a new year gift to the Sikh nation which is struggling hard to keep its voice up.

Ajmer Singh Randhawa has been the premier preacher of the Sikh rights without any selfish antecedents in the age of politicization and internal conflicts among the Sikh stakeholders.

The Hindu government of India has gradually blocked all his social media accounts and many of his blogs dedicated to one aspect each listing every minute details of the issue.

His each blog detailed a case written like a legal expert, backed with proofs and evidences.

He had exposed the media bias against Sikhs, specially that of Zee TV, he is the one who had originally exposed the complicities of Amitabh Bachchan in anti Sikh riots in Delhi in 1984- wrote a detailed blog on it.

To preserve the Sikh identity he has awakened the Sikhs against the evils of Hinduism through facts described in Hindu and Sikh scriptures.

The Hindu Govt of India has been after him since long but in 2020 their efforts to shut him had boosted. The Delhi Police had tried to arrest him but fearing a backlash and lack of adequate proofs that stand in courts against the counter-logic that could expose Hindu India, the police decided not to arrest him.

The govt then set up fake complaints in order to secure a ban on his social media accounts and blogs. While outside India the content of his blogs are available, they are not updated since from India, Sardar Randhawa can’t update them. From India the same blogs and social media can’t be viewed.

Twitter had banned him initially in 2022 beginning and then by the end of 2022, his Facebook accounts too were blocked.

Through this petition, we would like to request the support of admirers of free speech to come forward and force the autocrats to lift the ban on Sardar Randhawa. We will also make out a case for ourselves by exposing the timeline and course of events and expose the actors behind this.

In 2020 some Delhi Police officers had threatened to arrest him if he doesn’t stop writing about how Amitabh Bachchan had instigated the Hindu mobs to kill Sikh men and rape Sikh women. When he cited several penal codes to the police and explained that when his claims are backed by evidence, he can not be made to shut up. He dared Mr Bachchan to face him in the court of law.

The jittery Delhi Police and specially the Intelligence Bureau sleuths then barged in and threatened him to frame in a legal case if he doesn’t stop exposing Hinduism or doesn’t withdraw his intervention in the Guru Dongmar case. A defiant Randhawa then promised the IB officers to expose these issues in a court of law and that would cause a bigger embarrassment to Hindutva agency.

The adamant Indian security establishment didn’t stop right there, they activated one of their old agents many speculated, was dead- Sakshi Bhardwaj. All of a sudden she filed complaints against Sardar Randhawa and others in 2022 and the Indian agencies utilized this opportunity to block the social media of Ajmer Singh Randhawa.

We thereafter interviewed Sardar Ajmer Singh Randhawa on various aspects as a lot of people aware of the developments are confused due to their political or personal loyalty towards certain people involved.

Here are the excerpts of the interview:

Q. What is this Sakshi Bhardwaj petitions against you?

A. I was the first one to expose the BJP’s project to use Hindutva sluts to attract young activists. BJP has several of them and Sakshi Bhardwaj was one of them. Initially she was a personal kept of Rajnath Singh’s son Pankaj Singh in 2016. When I inquired more about her, I could know that she was also a prostitute by profession and hypocritically she was even addicted to Sikh men. I had exposed these back in first 2016 and then in 2017 and then in 2018. Now suddenly 4 years later what has ignited her against me, I am not aware.

Q. Ignited as in? What did she do?

A. I had been informed through my sources inside DSGMC that she, for registration of FIR, had approached the court with some old complaints wherein I had exposed her dark secrets. Since 2016 the DSGMC was scanning her and I was part of this project, I had gathered a lot of evidences, I had several folders full of her pictures that we had later summarized as evidence and shared with Delhi Police. Many FIRs were registered against her and Manjinder Singh Sirsa took away all the credits though I was one of the core brain behind courting her. She is taking its revenge in complicity with the Indian intelligence.

Q. Sakshi Bhardwaj was a prostitute with preference to Sikh men?

A. Yes, she on one hand used to abuse Muslims, on the other hand one Rajveer Sandhu had revealed that in DU she had slept with a Muslim. Several Muslim groups had posted online the image of her arrest by Delhi Police during a raid to curb sex racket. The Sikh preference was exposed in a whatsapp chat a DSGMC youth member had forwarded to me. The youngman was a body builder and she had lust on her body. She was not aware that her personal chats will be public soon.

Q. Sakshi Bhardwaj had a Muslim boyfriend?

A. 2016, the Muslim one, and 2017 the Sikh one. I had posted them numerous times on relevance.

Q. How could Sakshi Bhardwaj be so hypocrite?

A. Hindutva and hypocrisy are two identical sides of the same coin. Remember Sholay? To the Sikh man she lusted, she revealed that she was doing all the hate speech for money in order to build publicity as an election campaigner however she can’t control falling over well built Sikh men. I guess when she was caught in the racket, bartered her security with the Hindutva govt this way.

Q. So what was proposed to you? Did you accept them?

A. I was asked to take down my facebook posts exposing Sakshi. Though they had not shared any copy of the complaint or any specific information, I was told about two identified posts they wanted to remove. I plainly rejected the proposal and stood firm over them. They tried to scare me that under the women safety clauses and defamation clauses I could go to jail. But I told them that if I am dragged to the court, it would be really awesome as I would get a chance to legally certify Sakshi Bhardwaj as a slut in the court of law. In India, freedom of speech is prohibited, but once spoken- if the speech is proved in a trial as truth- none can jail you. That’s no defamation.

Q. They too should have understood this aspect, why were they adamant for a retraction?

A. Because in her complaint Sakshi Bhardwaj had accused Manjinder Singh Sirsa as well. Sirsa didn’t want any negative coverage in the media. So he had managed the police and judiciary well for himself. Still he needed to ensure a complete surety, he had used his government contacts to ban these contents from India as I didn’t succumb to his pressure.

Q. We had talked to MS Sirsa as well who termed you as a psychopath, how do you answer this?

A. Nothing new for me and when an activist messes with politicians, it happens often. When I exposed Khalsa Aid’s Ravi Singh and uploaded the Khalsa Aid’s internal reports on Sikh forums exposing the deep corruption of fortune Ravi diverted for its own luxuries, his trolls abused me the same. I was even called a ‘Sikh Aid’ (a different Sikh charity) agent by them. Manjinder Singh Sirsa also trolled me when I exposed corruptions within DSGMC. He even called me an outsider while we were colleagues in DSGMC where I was the General Manager. I am not an outsider. Khalsa Aid too had called me an outsider the same way.

Q. If they have an issue, they can simply come to table, why name calling?

A. That’s a trait of politicians within DSGMC. Sirsa praises and abuses BJP as per his convenience, comes and goes to BJP as per his will. He and GK are bed buddies and then often throw mud at each other at times. GK too has a to and fro path towards BJP. And here I am, enemy of all camps because I am here to serve Sikhi rather than politics. Sirsa is a power and fame hungry politician believing in stolen valour. The Jammu youth were the real heroes but the entire credit was claimed by Sirsa who later even backstabbed them.

Q. I missed that one. You were mentioning this initially and we diverted.

A. The original strike was conducted by Jammu Sikh youths who had launched a shoot at sight order to Sangat against Sakshi Bhardwaj. They were so brave that their leader came to Delhi with Jammu Police to pick her and teach her a lesson but somehow Sakshi slipped up and escaped and was never caught again. Later Sirsa claimed the credit of the campaign through his PR team. Everybody did their bit, Jammu youth were most audacious, he even carried own weapon I have heard. Akaal Sahai team had outsourced the job of tracking her to Russian hackers and IT experts, Sirsa was managing the DCP he said and in reality that never happened until 2018, around 1 year after the initial campaign. But he later claimed credit.

Q. So entire DSGMC was active?

A. No, honestly, the entire Sangat was enraged. A massive rally in Amritsar was organized to locate her. Various Sikh organizations- political, religious, extremist and moderate- everyone did their part. Similar campaigns were launched in Ambala and other parts of Haryana and Punjab. It was a Sangat’s enrage. Some youngmen still believe that Sakshi Bhardwaj is dead. Others want to see her dead. Once a Jammu youth was asking me her address as she was seen in the court in 2019. he thought I was still into the legal case in Delhi against her. I said I was not there anymore. So it was a collective enrage of the community whose fathers’ she had questioned.

Q. Specifically why do you believe Sirsa is behind these bans?

A. First you need maths and then history. Connect the dots of the timing. Sakshi Bhardwaj files a case against me and him. His police sources inform him about the case and he is shaken, he then contacts me to withdraw the posts and I don’t. He then gets the content blocked by gov contacts.

Q. And history?

A. They did the same to Ek Omkar Channel. This channel was the source of information based on which Sirsa filed his complaints that made him famous in Sangat, however Sirsa for an unknown reason had forced the Ek Omkar channel to delete their channel and when they denied, Sirsa got them blocked. You can’t watch Ek Omkar Channel in Indian Youtube.

Q. Could Ravi Singh and Sirsa connive against you?

A. Why not? Ravi Singh and Sirsa both are involved scamming the wealth of the Sangat. Sirsa has several shell companies for the same business. He has multiple real estate companies that doesn’t purchase a single brick. He has several forex companies for money laundering. They don’t conduct any Annual General Meeting, their audits are not updated. Its all scam he does. He channelizes his funds internationally through Khalsa Aid and that is how they are connected.

Q. Pardon me, but I have never seen Ravi Singh and Sirsa together!

A. That’s the game, despite being the so called protectors of Sikhi, they don’t come together at the same platform but maintain back channel links. I would specifically name two linkmen- Jaswinder Singh and Manmeet Singh. Sirsa has a habit of stealing people. He even tried to build contacts with Sardar Gopal Singh Chawla.

Q. Oh, that dramatic meeting of Manjinder Singh Sirsa with Sardar Gopal Singh Chawla?

A. Yes, that drama. When Sirsa visited Kartarpur, he himself had requested to meet him. The two had long conversation on some topics, and a media friendly Sirsa avoided media coverage. They walked in lawns, sipped tea together and held around half an hour of meeting. But when somebody clicked their photo and sold it to the media, Sirsa started his drama- he claimed that secretly Sardar Chawla followed him and he was tricked into getting photographed. You see the photo and you will find it hilarious that Sirsa was walking like a confused vagabond all of a sudden Sardar Chawla arrived and wanted to take a celeb backfire.

Q. How was Sardar Chawla’s reaction?

A. Sardar Chawla was extremely furious when he came across the media statement given by Sirsa. He called me and appreciated the fact that I had called Sirsa a chameleon. Sardar Chawla is a simple hearted man and he doesn’t like such double standard, he doesn’t like hidden wars but goes on head on.

Q. What did Sirsa propose or demand from Sardar Chawla?

A. Two demands! Sirsa likes his celebrity status and he is obsessed with his security cover that gave him a celebratory status. He has received several threat calls from Pakistan and he uses it for his own fame among BJP and Hindu fans and cashes it for further security. All such calls are staged, made by Sangat members in Lahore. From Sardar Chawla he wanted a full fledged murder threat which would boost his political career. But Sardar Chawla denied being part of such drama which simple hearted Pakistani Sikh leaders would take otherwise. Added to this Sirsa’s drama back home.

Q. And the second demand?

A. Sirsa wanted Sardar Chawla to convince me from withdrawing me intervention from the Guru Dongmar case. He wanted all credits for himself. What is his problem with my intervention? The problem is they are using the issue to blackmail govt for more political patronage while I want a speedy conclusion of the case. But Sirsa and others will drag on the case for decades and their generations will politicize it.

Q. Back to the ban issue again. If there is nothing actionable against you, why is the ban?

A. In India there is a namesake protocol to ban any online content. You have to get a court order. Where is the court order against me, if the police had anything against me, they would have not sat silent. They work for Sirsa because he has money, I have heard from Sangat that some policemen even tried to do the hit job for Sirsa against Sakshi but even then they failed. Sirsa can shoo his cops at me easily. But it needs some basic legal requirement which is missing. But then again if there is no case against me, how did the govt block my online presence? It is an extra-judicial violation of the basic human rights.

Q. So why don’t you challenge the ban?

A. In where? There is a procedure. If some legal action is initiated based on a court order, you can approach the superior court challenging it, but where do I challenge it, which court has passed it? I have no idea. All that I know is that one fine morning, I am unable to login to Facebook and later learn that I am banned through some legal request whose circular or court order I don’t have. I have the option of going for a writ but it would be so time consuming, that I am afraid whether with this health I will be able to survive that long.

Q. Why did govt ignore all your good work?

A. The Govt did not see my campaigns for releasing of Indian POWs in Pakistan. The govt only has a political agenda that suits their parameters. Then there are personal score fixers.

Q. So what are you doing now a days?

A. I am writing several books- on the instigators of 1984 riots which will detail Amitabh Bachchan’s role in the riot, then the Gurdwara Guru Dongmar Sahib and Gurdwara Har ki Pauri Sahib. Rest you will see later as and when they come- of course if I survive till then. But for reaching these books to the masses, the restoration of my online presence is very much necessary.
