I have been hearing from so many of you who feel the impact of these station closures in your own towns. It is clear that we are all feeling less safe while our communities continue to be left without enough officers on the beat. I am currently putting together a package of these stories to ensure the Minister understands exactly what is being lost.

Seeing this level of support for our local stations is overwhelming because I know how much my neighborhood relies on their presence. This momentum proves that people across the country feel the same urgency to keep our streets safe. I am finally beginning to believe that the Minister will have no choice but to listen to us.

bring them back. we need law and order.
it makes no sense to cut numbers when the crime rate is clearly going up. sort it out alan.
used to be you could see a patrol every day. now the place feels like a ghost town. really sad.
The country is falling apart. We need more boots on the ground and our local stations kept open. Simple as.
my brother had his car robbed twice this month and no guardia around to help. madness.
