If the Parkside Development proposed for the corner of Dallas Hwy. and Castell Rd. is approved, it would change what is now RESIDENTIAL property to COMMERCIAL development.

This would set a precedent for changing residential to commercial all over West Cobb. This may affect your backyard next as Realtors are posting "Potential Commercial" signs on zoned residential property in our area. Look for these signs on Acworth-Due West Road and other roads. This is NOT commercial property and residents who purchased adjacent to this property, acres from Dallas Highway, have the right to expect the County will uphold its own Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

Say No to undermining the quality of life for existing residential neighborhoods.

No to lower property values for these residents.

No to more traffic.

No to visual blight.

No to undermining of the Land Use Plan.
