Level of learning delivered on the online platform is not acceptable for such a school. It is more of homework style kind of learning and that is not good enough education for such a school and with the yearly school fees we are paying.

School fees needs to be reduced for third term. It is not acceptable that DIS is being very selective. People need the discount to be applied for the third term and money returned to people this term.

An immediate 25% discount should be offered as rebate in cash not in lieu of next year fees

The school management should reconsider the situation and come up with compromised plan that accommodate both the parents and the school situation.

As situation are bad globally and with this kind of response from DIS, I would rather not pay the fees for my 2 boys and look for other better school. DIS is getting worse recently and I don't think there is a good future.

DIS need to understand that this short term request by current parents is not a false cry for hope. Families are struggling and like 2008-2010 many schools will fail if families are not able to survive during this period. A short term assistance program collaboratively established will reward the shareholders of DIS long term - a poor approach will only fracture forever relationship with the schools customers.

We need DIS to review and understand the situation has really had major financial impact on most parents and support is needed urgently.
