the way that this industry is being regulated, is not correct fair or encouraging of successful implementation of such regulations as they are now forming.

Mrs franklin needs to be removed from her position because she has never wanted the job in the first place and doesn't believe in medical marijuana when its scientific fact now.

I have been following the attempts of ABC to burden the only new industry we have seen in years so it will certainly fail. I am sick of the duplicity put forward by Ms Franklin in every hearing. It appears the
ABC uses liquor law when it is convenient and only the most fraudulent studies to support their uninformed opinions. We need a marijuana control board of persons who are not actively trying to protect the liquor industry from possible competition from a legal marijuana industry. This is the only explanation that makes any sense to me of the ABC and Ms Franklin.

Alaska CHARR sent in a perfectly formatted list of public disagreements with the current standing of regulations. These people need to stop trying to tell the community what they need, and actually LISTEN!!

Why would our govenor approve of such a disgusting and hypocritical douche and appoint her to any form of office with abusive powers and conflicts of interest that yield a profit for herself personally? Cynthia Franklin might not be the only problem, maybe we should get to the root of the problem and impeach the Govenor as well!!!

The board requires an open mind, a knowledge of the product in question and a willingness to meet the needs of the voters wishes. This product, kills cancer, aids patients and does not envoke violence!

cannabis can not be regulated like alcohol... They are not even close... And Cynthia saying that there will be no medical marijuana system ever in Alaska now that recreational is legal is wrong!!!!! Cannabis cures!!!!! And if she doesn't know Hemp replaces oil!!!! Stop over regulating a plant!!!!
