Ridiculous to treat our dogs, friends & neighbors like this. It is a pet friendly community & kid friendly community, let's act like friends & neighbors

Dogs doing their business in the street that my son walks to school on and rides his scooter is disgusting

I'm not in favor of dogs doing their business in the street. Owners picking up is fine however there will be remnants remaining. There should remain A designated area

I run in the development a few times a week and I am constantly dodging cars that like to drive way to close when there is not even another car coming in the opposite direction. Now I have to worry about myself and my dog being hit because people drive way to close for absolutely no reason. Dogs go to the bathroom on the grass! The only reason I purchased my home 8 years ago in this development is because it's dog friendly!

This community needs to get its priorities in order. What's more important to the community as a whole? Would we rather lush green grass with dead kids in the street because nobody stops at stops signs?? How about manicured lawns and weeds in our garden because the landscapeing sucks? Manage your accounts better and maybe put things out to bid and save a $ here and there and maybe we can worry about the grass later

We bought a dog friendly condo in a dog friendly development & if my dog wanted to live a city life, I would have bought a place in the city.

We need a proper place where dogs can potty other then the street.

This issue is, was, and continues to be responsible dog ownership and cleaning up after your own dog. We have spent wayyyy too much time, energy and MONEY on something that shouldn't need legislation! Respect your own neighborhood, friends! Keep it clean! All of this arguing is not good for any of us and especially not good for OUR COMMUNITY!!! And oh, by the way, are cats banned to blacktop as well? Just sayin'!

Great that you are able to give our dogs voices on this issue. Our dogs had rights when we purchased condos. Now they have nothing. I fully support this cause. Go on line and research burnt paws to see the bleeding and pain caused by hot tar. Who would want to do that to a pet?

Gina Varacchi - Not fair that we are all being punished for the acts of a few!! Rules - like following the speed limit - are broken ALL DAY here. Why not focus on and fix something like this that threatens our safety. I know this rule is broken regularly because I have almost been hit twice when my dog was peeing in the street!!

The dogs should be able to go on the grass, The blacktop is not good for there pads in the heat or cold with ice melt.

Article IV-Property Rights in the Properties-Section 1 (pg 313) - Members Easement of Enjoyment. Subject to the provisions of Section 4, every member and permitted lesser and occupants of homes and guest shall have a right and easement of enjoyment in and to the common areas. Section 8 (pg 293) House rules-(H) All dogs, cats and other pets must be leashed and shall not be permitted to run loose. home owners shall be responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet's waste and for any damage caused by their pets to the "Common Areas".

Dogs and cats should be on grass not on streets

Please let our dogs use the grass.
