Just what Yonkers needs: Less access to the waterfront that was heralded as a benefit for all Yonkers residents not so very long ago; more pay parking - in case harassment by Parking Enforcement isn't oppressive enough now; and WORST OF ALL: MORE TAX-EXEMPT DEVELOPERS snapping their fingers and getting anything they want from the City! The Hudson is the people's park and we need access to it.

The City should be preserving open green space. We definitely don't need more parking with a price

STOP THIS NOW. This is wrong on every level and any elected official that supports developers over constituents should be ashamed of themselves.

Another attempt to gouge the community for the benefit of a few.

Besides taking away some of our scenic Yonkers waterfront, a parking garage there would lead to a rise of pollution and crime

Enough with buildings! Leave our parks alone. Since our experience with COVID 19 we should respect our open gathering spaces and their importance more than ever!

There are so few parks on this side of Yonkers. How unfair to the residents especially the children who need green spaces for their mental health!

Pay for your own parking lot and leave our limited park space alone!

Good afternoon, I am firmly opposed to the development of a parking lot at JFK marina. It is critical that we preserve our green spaces and especially our only city park on the waterfront for Generations to come. Thank you, Stephan Spilkowitz

Such a proposal is offensive! Our community will not stand for such an invasion of our neighborhood! personal outsiders
