Just what Yonkers needs: Less access to the waterfront that was heralded as a benefit for all Yonkers residents not so very long ago; more pay parking - in case harassment by Parking Enforcement isn't oppressive enough now; and WORST OF ALL: MORE TAX-EXEMPT DEVELOPERS snapping their fingers and getting anything they want from the City!
