We need to preserve the beauty of our existing parks. The people of our community deserve the right to spend leisure time in a park. No building on land that will take away from our rights as citizens. The conservation of nature should be considered before building.

Green space is critical for our communities, particularly in southwest Yonkers. Please respect these parks! Put the garage elsewhere.

Sadly; an understatement, the developers usually get what they want, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t stop trying. Working with RCCY, it was unfortunately my experience, that most; the vast majority, just don’t want to be bothered/ involved because they don’t believe it will make a difference. The reality is that it WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Imagine if thousands of folks would sign this; not just a few hundred. PLEASE SIGN IF YOU RECEIVED THIS! Your voice can be heard...WE just need to speak the truth. Thank you

Please put the parking lot on the developer’s property and leave our park for our children’s enjoyment.

My wife and I just moved to the neighborhood and go for walks here, it's a really refreshing area, especially now. More importantly, isn't there a school literally right there? Good idea, let's take away a relaxing view for when the kids get back to school.

it is outrageous that a developer be allowed to build on public parkland. the word public implies it is ownef by us, the taxpayers of yonkers. that park holds a number of community events and is prized for its location on the Hudson River. how dare you give it away, it is not yours to give.

Parks enhance quality of life for citizens and wildlife. Parks and Hudson River access are a draw for new residents and raise everyone’s property values. Preserve our parks!
