Fair is fair. The developer should provide parking without using parkland paid for by the citizens of Yonkers.

Please do not put a parking garage here. Let’s protect our access to the river and it’s beauty.

Yonkers needs more beauty not more parking garages. Tax payer money - for private development??? No

I agree 100% with the comments of Phyllis Cavaliere. This should be a "no-brainer".

The legacy of past political administrations in the city of Yonkers has been less than stellar to say the least. The current administration has done much to improve the quality of life for all of us living in this amazing city. Our waterfront needs to be preserved for future generations at all costs. Considering that tax payer money was used to redevelop the park, building any structure to the benefit of someone other than the people would be a disgrace. I hope that our leaders do what is right for its citizens and leaves a legacy of environmental protection that they can be proud of. Thank you.

Don't destroy all the access to the river view & use.

This location is calm and relaxing just the way it is and I usually spend my early weekend there with my kids and would hate to see a parking garage being put up. Some things should just be kept the way they are. Adding a parking garage will take that away from us. I’m sure there’s other places where they can put the garage at. Don’t mess with our little peaceful piece of land.

Please do not build a parking lot there

There is over development of this area. We do not need another parking garage. Move the garage to another area..

This type of development hurts the environment, community and the public trust. Please preserve the waterfront!

Yonkers residents want access to the waterfront. There have been too many mistakes made over the years, and this small stretch of land is all that we have left for accessing the Hudson River. Please do not violate this area with a parking garage. It can be built inland, making everyone haappy.

That’s a great space for when we take our kids to ride there bikes and other activities

I love this park, the museum situated in it, the marvelous vista of the river and the Palisades opposite. It's the glory of Yonkers and really has to be protected.

As an engaged community member / citizen of Northwest Yonkers, I'm proud of the representation of our community on concerns that potentially impact the quality of our shared existence.

Don’t take away and destroy our beloved marina, park, our public space! Anyone who supports the destruction of our public marina and our open space- I will not vote for and will actively work against their re-election! Our city officials need to represent the citizens of Yonkers, NOT PRIVATE DEVELOPERS!!

Park space should be left alone. It’s a great space to come and enjoy the Majestic Hudson River. Jody Lane resident.

We need more public access to the beautiful Hudson River, not less. Please don’t allow a private real estate project to obliterate precious JFK Marina small boat access to the river
