If a name is on a ballet then they should have been in good standings. Other wise they should have never been on the list. This looks terrible on those pulling this stunt and clearly don't have the eefc best interest at heart.

It is time to put an end to the Animal Farm direction the coop has been going in.. Animals do not stand on two legs and members rights and our values matter...

As a long-time Co-Op member, and regular voter, Caldwell should be seated on the board.

There has been a lot of discontent festering for a while below the surface among EEFC members. This decision - and the fact that nothing was done to tip Caldwell Linker off that he could be disqualified on a detail - is only going to make things a lot worse, and among some of your biggest supporters of the past.

Time and again we have been told by this board of directors that the only way to influence decision-making power as member-owners of our Co-op is by voting (and running) in board elections. Now we have done that in overwhelming (recordbreaking?) numbers and our votes are being ignored! It's time to live up to our co-operative value of "Democratic Member Control"
